Andrés isn't a former HR director who became a coach. He played professional basketball Internationally, where he learned that the mental side of performance decides most outcomes. Since his days in basketball, he has built companies and led teams including a contracting company, a real estate practice and a fitness community. He founded an orphanage in Chihuahua, Mexico and spent years in government and community relations, sitting across the table from legislators and advocacy groups.
He's overseen business operations at all levels, managed budgets and had the hard conversations. He holds a bachelor's in international business and a master's in finance. He coaches in English and Spanish.
