There are things happening in the world right now that require people with a platform to use it.
The way vulnerable people are being treated. The erosion of the basic accountability we should expect from anyone in a position of power. The slow theft of the safety, dignity and care that every human being deserves by default; not because they earned it or were born in the right place, but because they're human.
Andrés believes that silence in the face of injustice is its own kind of decision. And that the same principles that make a great coach: -honesty, accountability, showing up for the people who depend on you - apply just as much to how we run organizations, communities and countries.
Leadership without accountability isn't leadership. It's just power.
