PRIVACY POLICY

La Tribu (“La Tribu,” “we,” “us”) provides coaching, workshops and speaking services led by Andrés Villalba. This policy explains what information we collect through latribucoach.com, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email andres@latribucoach.com.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, join our email list, register for a workshop or pay an invoice, we collect what you enter. That usually includes your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you choose to tell us about your goals, your business or your event.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and the tools we use collect basic technical information. This includes your browser type, device, general location (city or region), the pages you visit, how long you stay and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from coaching sessions. If you become a client, we keep notes from our sessions and the plans we build together. These notes are used only to support your coaching.

We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message and schedule calls

• To provide coaching, workshops and speaking services

• To send invoices and process payments

• To send our newsletter or updates, if you’ve signed up

• To understand how people use the site so we can improve it

• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run the business. They only receive what they need to do their job.

• Wix hosts the website, forms, blog, email list and invoices.

• Calendly handles call scheduling.

• Zoom hosts virtual sessions and workshops.

• Google Analytics helps us understand site traffic.

• Payment processors handle card payments. We never see or store your full card number.

• Email providers deliver messages you’ve asked to receive.

 

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of La Tribu, our clients or others.

 

Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep the site working and to measure traffic through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

 

Email
If you join our list, we’ll send occasional emails about coaching, workshops and new content. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email andres@latribucoach.com and ask to be removed.

Confidentiality in coaching
What you share in a coaching session stays between you and Andrés. We don’t share session content with anyone without your permission, except where the law requires it or where someone’s safety is at risk. For team and company coaching, what’s shared with leadership is agreed on at the start.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care, and our session notes are not medical records.

How long we keep information
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as it’s useful to stay in touch, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep client and payment records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes, usually up to seven years.

Keeping it secure
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you

• Correct information that’s wrong

• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons

• Stop sending you marketing emails

 

Email andres@latribucoach.com with your request. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we’ll honor them.

Links to other sites
The site links to other services, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Calendly and our podcast. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
